Cueside is a macOS application that transcribes conversations happening on your Mac and shows AI-generated cues. It is distributed through the Mac App Store; your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms add to it, both apply.
Cues and summaries are generated by AI from an automatic transcription. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. They are suggestions, not advice — professional, legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. You decide what you actually say.
The one-time unlock is a non-consumable purchase handled by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. If a subscription plan is offered in the future, its price, allowance, and renewal terms will be shown before you subscribe, and it will be manageable and cancellable in your App Store account settings.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
