Quick checks
- No transcript appearing? Check System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording — Cueside must be allowed. If you just granted it, quit and reopen the app.
- Cues not generating? Cues need a completion provider: add an API key under Settings → Providers (or run a local Ollama server). Transcription alone is free on macOS 26.
- Hotkeys not firing? They're remappable under Settings → General — check they aren't claimed by another app.
- Purchase not showing? Settings → About → Restore Purchase, signed in with the Apple Account that bought it.
